Richard D. Eschenbach has thirty years of operations, maintenance, repair and construction in facilities management for both private and governmental agencies. The broad range of his experience includes the development of a low cost, open protocol data collection for electric metering system that was adopted by the U.S. Coast Guard nationwide. Richard was instrumental in the creation, construction, project management and modification of a renewable energy center. Richard Developed and managed projects ranging from minor maintenance issues to over 20 million dollars Including underground utilities and building improvements. He has extensive experience in industrial air compressor systems, HVAC Systems, steam boiler operations and maintenance, underground steam distribution systems and general building renovations. Richard Received numerous awards from the department of Homeland Security for energy, environmental and water conservation projects. In addition, Richard received the Civilian Service Commendation Metal from the U.S. Coast Guard in 2020.
