From first questions to action

 

Start with the free Protection Advisor™. Part 1 teaches and gives a preliminary summary; Part 2 helps define a possible assessment boundary. Salus confirms the scope and fixed fee before paid work. Every new assessment begins at Level 1. Level 2 builds on Level 1 with targeted field validation; Level 3 builds on Level 2 with separately approved specialist or test work. Within each level, Band A addresses one named unit, Band B compares two named units or materially different operations, and Band C addresses a defined group. The agreed boundary controls the deliverables and price.

SalCAPA is also the secure coordination environment supporting that method. Protected Members share observations, requests, concerns, reports, and operating information through SalCAPA.

 

Salus professionals also identify relevant external information from appropriate public, professional, governmental, industry, and trusted partner sources.

Information is organized around the Protected Member’s needs—not collected simply because it is available.

 

3. Develop Qualified Intelligence

 

Through SalINTEL, experienced professionals research, compare, analyze, qualify, and validate relevant information.

They consider credibility, context, significance, uncertainty, and potential consequences. Subject-matter experts are brought into the work when their knowledge is needed.

The appropriate services depend on the Protected Member’s needs, operating environment, authority, resources, and decisions.

 

The work does not end with the delivery of a report. When requested and authorized, Salus remains available to help implement recommendations, evaluate progress, test capability, and support continuing readiness.

Salus professionals are responsible for developing credible intelligence, conducting sound assessments, explaining findings, presenting practical options, and providing authorized support.

 

Protected Members remain responsible for their mission priorities, approvals, allocation of resources, acceptance of risk, and organizational decisions.

 

This division of responsibility respects Protected Member authority while ensuring that decisions are supported by professional analysis, documented reasoning, and appropriate operational assistance.
