• What reports or warning signs were received?

• Who assessed them?

• What risks had already been identified?

• Which protective gaps were known?

• Who owned the corrective action?

• Were employees, contractors, and partners trained?

• Were procedures tested under realistic conditions?

• Can you prove the work was completed?

 

If the answer is unclear, the venue was not ready.
