Scope and Process
24/7 Monitoring: Critical alerts received instantly trigger alarms at the monitoring center.
Notification Workflow: Alert content is forwarded via SMS to client-designated contacts, followed by immediate scripted telephone notification to the client’s designated answering point (dispatch, PSAP, or operations center).
Testing & Coordination: Equipment and notification testing is conducted jointly twice annually with clients to ensure operational readiness
License, Training and Expertise
The contract monitoring center maintains full licensing and compliance with national standards. Staff undergo thorough vetting and specialized, ongoing training to manage only critical life safety alerts, ensuring precision and professionalism.
Force Multiplier
We got your back. Our trained professionals are waiting for your alert day and night, seven days a week. When your alert comes in we verify the alert and immediately send notification to 911, facility staff and stakeholders. We can then continuously track and push information to you and to first responders.
