Civil Disturbance

Civil unrest, such as a demonstrations, riots, or strikes, often disrupt a community and may require intervention to maintain public safety. Civil disturbances can cause a variety of problems including violence and assault, disorderly conduct, vandalism, and impeding commerce.

Our civil disturbance program complies with the framework developed by the Department of Homeland Security. At the completion of this program, you will be prepared to mitigate the impact of a civil disturbance, to know what to do during an incident, and to orchestrate the recovery following an incident.

We also provide response and recovery command and control and support personnel with our team of police commanders, SWAT team commanders, emergency managers, emergency medical services directors, and first responders that have managed many fast and dynamic disturbances over the past 30 years, including some very well-known incidents.
