Robert Duncan Ph.D.

Dr. Duncan is a 30-year veteran of the Intelligence Community in the US Air Force and the CIA serving as an analyst, instructor, and manager. He also has 20 years as a college professor researching and teaching courses on Leadership, National and Homeland Security, Foreign Policy, Terrorism, and Public Policy. His Doctoral dissertation is entitled “In Case of Emergency: Emergency Management Coordination at the Local Level”.

He is recognized for his work on active shooter and insider threat detection and prevention programs with many of his former students going on to serve at various levels in federal and state agencies.
