Throughout his career of supporting federal, state, local, and foreign governments, Marc has become a recognized leader in homeland and national security, and emergency management.
Marc is a Principal Investigator and Program Director with over 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, in leading various investigations and operational mission sets, and in the prevention, protection, preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation for numerous planned and unplanned, real-world events.
Managing many first of their kind programs, Marc leads large and small operations in austere environments, intelligence operations, logistics, red-team programs and assessments, development and implementation of emergency management programs for large cities and critical infrastructure. He serves as program manager and subject matter expert for crisis communications, active shooter and insider threat programs, large scale evacuations and repopulation of facilities and municipalities, international operations, force protection and diplomatic security. He leads teams conducting research and developing guidance for the National Academies of Science, DHS and the FAA, and co-author and peer review to FEMA’s Comprehensive Planning Guides, and provides subject matter expertise to DHS, TSA, FAA and other programs.
Marc supports teams of some of the most well-known former agency directors and subject matter experts in the world. The teams he supports are staffed with career professionals from senior levels of the CIA, FBI, FEMA, DHS, TSA, ATF, Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, foreign intelligence, state and local agencies, airports, and critical infrastructure of all sizes. Many of these professionals also served at universities and with large international private security firms.
