Felicia Gililland

Felicia is a senior management professional with 23+ years of proven military medical experience.

She manages air and surface operations and planning for hospitals, mass care, aeromedical evacuations, refugee’s care/shelters, and evacuations. She has extensive knowledge in human resources and world-wide patient movement derived from conducting domestic and global operations in over 23 countries which include Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Jordan, Kosovo, Bosnia, Italy, and Norway.

Felicia also has extensive knowledge in strategic planning and developing world-wide patient movement and multi-modal strategies. Her career is supported by a bachelor’s in emergency medicine, and a master’s in business healthcare administration with concentration in informatics. She is also a certified project manager and holds a Black Belt in Lean Sigma Six.
