Cory Richardson

Mr. Richardson is a seasoned security and investigations executive with more than 25 years of experience leading complex investigations and risk mitigation programs across government, corporate, and nonprofit sectors. As Senior Advisor to Salus Solutions, Mr. Richardson brings a distinguished background in federal law enforcement, most notably with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he oversaw national security, counterintelligence, cybercrime, and public corruption initiatives, including operations conducted both in the U.S. and internationally.

Based in Midland, Texas, Mr. Richardson currently provides security consulting and investigative services to clients in the energy sector, government entities, nonprofit organizations, and private industry. His work focuses on security strategy, fraud detection, policy development, and crisis response, and includes high-profile investigations involving multimillion-dollar fraud, energy sector theft, and cybersecurity compromises.

Mr. Richardson holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Administration. He has also delivered instruction on public corruption investigations and energy sector crime to both domestic and international audiences.
