Over his career supporting federal, state, and local governments, Marc Duncan has become a recognized leader in homeland and national security, and emergency management.
Marc is a Principal Investigator and Program Manager with more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, in leading various operational mission sets, and in the prevention, protection, preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation for numerous planned and unplanned, real-world events.
Managing many first of their kind programs, Marc has led insider threat and red-team programs, as well as the assessment, development, and implementation of emergency management programs for large cities and major airports. He has served as manager and subject matter expert for active shooter and insider threat programs, international security and intelligence programs, and co-author to FEMA’s Comprehensive Planning Guides, and TSA’s training programs.
As COO of Salus Solutions, Marc supports teams of some of the most well-known former agency directors and subject matter experts in the country. The departments he supports are staffed with career professionals from senior levels of the CIA, FBI, FEMA, DHS, TSA, ATF, Coast Guard, Army, Navy, Air Force, foreign intelligence, state and local agencies, and airports of all sizes. Many of these professionals also served at universities and with large international private security firms.
